We apply an estimated 7% Miami-Dade rate (6% Florida state + 1% county surtax) to your booking. The exact figure is shown on the checkout screen before you pay.
Payouts are handled through Stripe Connect and released after a booking completes. Funds typically land in the host's bank account within a couple of business days.
